Life is hard on everyone and it can and will bring you down, IF you let it. Sickness and disease are everywhere you turn.
People seem to have no regard for human life. My next thought is, what does this say for the Christian living in today’s world? Today’s world can be plain ruthless and evil. My point is that every day doesn’t have to be a bad one. Everyone has bad days and everyone is entitled to bad days. It makes you want to shake them sometimes and say “Hey! You’re alive! You’re breathing! There’s a lot that can’t say the same right now! Be happy!” Now, don’t get me wrong. Seriously though, how many times a day to you speak with someone that always seems down in the dumps? Or there always seems to be that one person who carries the weight of the world on their shoulders and they have to let it be known. Terrible, I know but I’m human just like you. I can’t deal with another day of complaining from this one”.
So down that sometimes I’m thinking to myself “Oh brother, not again. Here lately it seems that life has really gotten some people down.
